This is a layout of a brochure created for a DIY Vision Board Kit Project commissioned by a client for a Vision Board Party. Creating this brochure was quite an interesting process, I especially enjoyed making the color palette!

A small self assigned project for typography and pattern making. In this project, I actually free handed the pattern instead of the traditional method of making a repeating pattern. I have to say I like free handing patterns more, give you a lot more freedom to change the shapes and visual styles of each object!

The first of my pattern design self assignments, I wanted to experiment on my typography and general pattern making. I wanted to try something simple with the background but focused more on the type, I really enjoyed shading in the letters to give them more depth.

Mixed Media Illustration, 6’ x 8’

For my Aunt Peaches’ Birthday, I illustrated a photo of her and my Uncle Bill. This was done with a sketch and then inked and colored in Procreate. Working on the background was the most interesting challenge I had to face, it helped me learn to focus on shapes and not too much on detail.

I wanted to make some art for my step-father for Father’s Day, I decided to make something that represents all the fun things he loves to do. I’m glad to incorporate all different kinds of designs into this piece with Adobe Illustrator, it’s very handy. Here’s to my step-dad and making fun possible!
